What drugs are implicated in drug induced intra-renal damage?

Glomerulonephritis is thought to be caused by the passive trapping of immune complexes, which in turn elicits an inflammatory response. Drugs that have been implicated include:

		allopurinol;
		gold;
		penicillamine;
		phenytoin;
		sulphonylureas; and
		various antibiotics.

Interstitial Nephritis is a hypersensitivity reaction. Drugs that have been implicated include:

		penicillins;
		cephalosporins;
		allopurinol; and
		azathioprine.
