What are the usual doses for initiation of the 'classic'
triple immunosuppressant therapy in renal transplant patients?
The
recommended initiation doses are as follows.

Neoral
Cyclosporin: 4mg/kg body weight twice daily. |

Azathioprine:
between 1-3mg/kg body weight a day. |

Prednisolone:
starting dose of 20mg. |
