If you are on dialysis you may be worried about choosing food in a restaurant or for a special meal a deux at home. Fortunately, there's no need to let your potassium, salt, fluid or phosphate restriction stop you eating for pleasure with family and friends. Staying in

With so many of the ingredients for exotic dishes available in the supermarket and other specialist shops, it is easy nowadays to eat exotic at home.

This menu should help you impress your date. Not only is it tasty and simple to make but also, I've made sure it has some added value! It's full of foods such as asparagus, saffron, garlic and cloves which have been known as aphrodisiacs since ancient times. So, be careful to whom you serve it!
